We offer delicious and healthy gourmet prepared seafoods processed on site in our historic micro-cannery. Our Salmon and Dolphin Safe Albacore are "hook and line caught" off the Oregon and Alaska coastlines. Each tuna is filleted and each salmon is cut into steaks in the cannery and each can is packed by hand. We don’t add artificial flavors, colors, water or oil, with the exception of the Italiano Salmon or Albacore which has a little canola oil in the recipe. We process the fish in their own natural juices. Only the best of "school fish" (known to be lower in mercury levels) caught by the best fishermen are used to make our quality products!
